Coaching is not therapy! I have found that theraphy deals with deep issues, often in the past. Coaching deals with the here and now and the future. Think of it this way - you are driving a car and therapy helps you make sense of what you see in your rear view mirror while coaching helps you plan your journey as you look out the windshield.
Another aspect of coaching is that as a client, you are in control of your life and where you want to go. I am here to help you set goals and stick to them and to explore some of the things that may keep you stuck!
